A Legacy of Old World Craftsmanship
and Professional Ethics

As the son of Italian immigrant parents, Michael “Mickey” Daddio began his career in the U.S. Army proudly serving as a paratrooper in WWII. Upon his return home in 1950, Mickey started M.Daddio Construction--an extension of his childhood passion for carpentry. Mickey built homes in the rapidly growing community of Levittown, New York, and his business thrived because of his reputation for honesty, integrity, old-world craftsmanship, and professional ethics.

Upon graduation from Providence College, Mike took his economics degree and entrepreneurial spirit back to his home community on Long Island, where he founded his first construction company. He began with only a small team of carpenters, a single pick-up truck, and the highest possible standards for the carpentry craft. Over the past 20 years, M. Daddio has evolved into a thriving full-service boutique construction firm serving clients throughout New York City, The Hamptons and beyond. Mike is proud to honor his grandfather's legacy of excellence.
