Mike Daddio
Principal
Mike Daddio is a third-generation builder, skilled carpenter, and hands-on leader with a thorough understanding of the process required to bring a highly detailed project from creative concept to successful technical completion. His dedication to quality and service is unmatched. Mike places a high value on relationships within the Firm, with our architectural and design partners, and with each client that we serve. Whether it’s a ground-up build in the Hamptons or a townhouse renovation in Brooklyn, Mike ensures that each project is managed with the highest-quality standards and care.
Mike is also committed to serving the community through such organizations as the Fiver Children’s Foundation and the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club. Mike serves on the Board of St. Ignatius School in the South Bronx and sponsors many local youth organizations.
A native of Long Island, Mike is a graduate of Providence College, where he double majored in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics. Mike now resides in Port Washington and enjoys weekends on the water with his wife and four children.
Tom Kenny

Tom has over thirty years of experience in the high-end residential industry. His technical expertise is rooted in his formal training as an architect. Tom has worked with some of the best of the industry, including Diane Procter, Stephen Wang and Joseph Vance.
Tom brings a high standard for architectural details and finishes. He has an unmatched ability to troubleshoot complex jobsite issues. Tom personally manages our most technically involved projects. As an expert on all aspects of the building process, he is a strong mentor and invaluable resource to our project managers.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys summers at the shore, hanging with his grandson, and performing endless updates to his 1923 Staten Island Beach Cottage that has been in his family for several generations.
Jonathan Weitzman

Jon serves a dual role as the Lead Estimator and Director of Millwork for M. Daddio, Inc. Jon learned carpentry in his father's basement and eventually founded his own millwork shop.
With a career spanning over three decades in millwork design, building, and construction management, Jon holds a keen understanding of intricate construction details and precise cost estimation. Jon brings to each of our projects a deep understanding of the complex details within each scope of work, as well as the vision for the completed project.
Jon loves to channel his creativity in the kitchen, cooking and baking for his family, and adding custom millwork details to his home in Long Island.
Benedetta Tilli

Born and raised in Tuscany, Benedetta has lived in New York City for over a decade.
Combining her extensive experience, including ten years as a lawyer and then as a consultant at various international institutions, she brings agile and intuitive thinking to her role as Director of Business Development where she oversees client relationships, aiming to build strong connections that will last after each project is complete.
Benedetta speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish. She holds law degrees from Università di Pisa (J.D.) and Columbia Law School (LL.M.).
In her free time she loves walks in nature, reading, and going to museums. She also enjoys trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jenny Dolan

As head of operations at M. Daddio, Inc., Jenny applies years of experience in educational leadership as a teacher, department chair, and Principal. She holds a Masters degree from the Teachers College at Columbia University and served in leadership roles within Catholic High Schools throughout New York City.
Jenny’s adept interpersonal skills and impeccable attention to detail enable her to successfully manage Human Resources and the day to day operations within the firm.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, five kids and giant Newfoundland dog at home or exploring the woods of Maine.
Caroline Malley

Caroline leads the Financial Planning, Accounting, and Treasury functions of the Firm. She enjoys the entrepreneurial and collaborative culture at M. Daddio, Inc. while playing a critical role in supporting the Firm’s growth and strategic objectives.
Caroline previously served as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte where her clients included multi-billion-dollar Asset Managers and Financial Institutions.
Caroline holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from College of the Holy Cross. In her free time, you can find Caroline running in the park or skiing out west.
Aldeirso Da Silva

Al‘s career spans over three decades in New York, and he brings his wealth of knowledge to M. Daddio, Inc. as the Director of Field Operations.
Starting as a mason, Al eventually moved to site supervision. He then began operating his own construction firm specializing in masonry and exterior refinishing.
In addition to expertly coordinating and scheduling our extensive in-house field staff, Al is an expert in crafting resilient structures that endure. He is an invaluble advisor on many of the structural challenges our project managers inevitably face while building in the historic residences and complicated buildings of New York City.
Al has a passion for flight. Having held his private pilot’s license, he now flies recreationally with friends on the weekend. Al also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter at home in New Jersey.
Shawn Curtis

Shawn’s career spans nearly three decades in the high-end residential market, at other industry-leading firms such as CNR and iGrace.
Shawn’s construction career began in carpentry, then moved to site supervision and eventually to project leadership and management. With a degree in sculpture from Syracuse University, Shawn brings a strong technical eye for form and detail to each project.
As a manager, Shawn is skilled in troubleshooting and prioritizing the most challenging and complicated project tasks. He is a collaborative and efficient leader who serves his clients with an exceptional level of attention to detail and process.
In his spare time, you'll find Shawn enjoying time with his family, sculpting, and updating his own historic home.
Kurt Hellerich

A carpenter by trade with a background as an actor and athlete, Kurt understands the importance of collaboration, timing, and perseverance. Kurt places a high value on the creative process and an emphasis on bringing our client’s vision to reality.
Kurt's charisma and positive attitude make him a natural leader within our team. Whether he's coordinating tasks, managing timelines, or problem-solving on the fly, Kurt approaches each challenge with a solutions-driven mindset and an unwavering determination to deliver exceptional results.
Offsite, you'll find Kurt catching a baseball game or hitting the gym for a workout. He is also very active within charitable organizations and lends his talents to pro bono projects.
Brian Connors

Brian grew up in the construction, design and contracting industry. Having operated his own firm for twenty-six years, Brian brings a deep level of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to customer service to our team. Brian has a passion for restoring historic details and a strong connection to every home he builds and renovates.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Connecticut & Yestermorrow Design Build School in Warren VT.
Residing in Cos Cob, CT, Brian enjoys spending time at home with his wife and visiting his two children who now live the Southern US.
Sandra Silva

Sandra Silva is a Project Manager with a background in architecture and design. Sandra graduated from New York City College of Technology with a BA in Architecture and spent her early career in drafting design for the Italian kitchen cabinet company, Scavolini.
Since joining M.Daddio, Inc., Sandra has proven herself to be extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. Sandra has supported the behind-the-scenes efforts of some of our more complicated projects: her steady and smart presence enables her to accomplish even the most ambitious project goals.
When not at work, you can find Sandra painting, reading or spending time with her husband and young son, exploring parks and playgrounds throughout the city.
Joseph Fernandez

Joey has a real passion for construction, beginning as a laborer and quickly advancing through the ranks from carpenter to lead foreman.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Joseph has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a natural ability to manage a bustling construction site. He thrives being in the midst of the action, overseeing operations, and providing hands-on guidance to ensure the successful execution of each project.
Joey’s passion extends beyond the job site to fast cars and engineering. You may find him enjoying a leisurely weekend drive in his Nissan Turbo 37c.
Mirna Mkhanna

Engineering runs in Mirna’s family; both her father and grandfather dedicated their careers to construction and manufacturing. Mirna was born in Lebanon, grew up in Turkmenistan, and pursued higher education in Russia. She is fluent in English and Russian.
After earning a degree in civil engineering from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and joining the workforce, Mirna discovered her passion for construction management. Most recently, she worked as a Project Manager for the NYC Department of Design and Construction before joining the M. Daddio team.
Mirna enjoys traveling, drawing, swimming, and exploring interesting spots in the city with friends in her free time. After a long day, she loves unwinding with a panoramic view of the city skyline from her rooftop in Long Island City.
