In true Hamptons style, the interiors of the home feature custom hand-painted wood wall paneling and white washed oak floors bathed in natural light, creating an open-air feel. Craftsman hand-turned balusters add another classic touch to the Southampton new construction.

The large living space is built around a double-sided statuary marble fireplace, providing spatial definition and visual elegance while maintaining flow.  The custom inset drawers provide storage. 

The gourmet kitchen features cabinets with custom-beaded inset doors and drawers along with Subzero refrigerators and wine fridge. LED lighting inside and under the cabinets highlight the marble countertop and stone backsplash. The built-in breakfast nook is an informal dining space, and the coffered ceilings bring subtle formality.

A projection screen home theatre beckons with stadium reclining and coffered seats, along with Crestron mood lighting.  The surround sound system is integrated throughout the house, including the master bedroom.

The master bathroom features statuary marble shower walls and floor with a frameless shower glass enclosure and dual rain showerheads. On the lower level is a glass entryway to the sauna, steam room, indoor lap pool, and gym.

An outdoor lifestyle is key in a summer home. All main living spaces of the house face the backyard and a gunite pool with blue stone coping and patio stones. An exterior kitchen complete with a gourmet barbecue is the final touch every Hamptons house needs.
